Shipping Prints During The Holidays

Shipping can get a little funky during the December holidays. Most of the time, if an estimated ship date falls on a holiday, we try to ship it the business day before. When production capacity is reached or overwhelming, this policy cannot always be achieved. If your order is time sensitive, please let us know immediately.

Hi everyone! The staff at PrintKEG wishes all of you a wonderful holiday season. We would like to address how ship dates for prints ordered on or before Christmas Day will be handled.

Christmas Week

Update: In most cases, our website is displaying accurate ship dates for Christmas week (as of 2:30pm Monday).

We are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day yet our website may possibly show the 24th and 25th as ship dates. This will be inaccurate. Orders received on or before Monday before 5:00pm (and put into production) with ship dates reading the 24th or 25th will be shipped on the 23rd. Orders after that 5:00pm deadline will be shipped on the 26th upon our return to work. UPS is closed on Christmas Day.

Any ship dates that read as the 26th or beyond will be unaffected by the holidays.

New Year’s Week

Update: In most cases, our website is now displaying accurate ship dates for New Year’s week (as of 6:30pm Monday).

Orders made on or before 5:00pm December 30th with a ship date of New Years Eve or New Years Day (December 31st or January 1st) will actually be shipped on December 30th when possible. Orders made after 5:00pm on December 30th will be shipped on January 2nd. UPS is closed on New Years Day.

Orders with ship date after New Years Day will be unaffected.

If you have a deadline

Please, please, please call or email us if you have an important deadline. We will do our absolute best to assist you.

One more thing to remember

Please be advised: we can only print orders that are “in production” so orders requiring digital proofs or labeled in statuses such as “awaiting art” or “art issues” could be pushed back. Again, if you or your company is under an intense schedule, please contact us. We will work with you to meet deadlines.
