The ship date is the day your order is initially scheduled to be shipped out and is determined by a product’s turnaround. Ship dates are estimated but can change due to a variety of reasons.
We provide a brief list of how a ship date can change to keep you better informed of when your package will be sent from our facility.
Production turnaround consists of the time your job is printing, cutting, folding, and quality assurance and does not include proofing, design time or shipping transit times.
Turnaround changes based on product type and quantity so please pay special attention to your estimated ship date. Each product page provides the amount of turnaround days required.
PrintKEG offers Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day and Ground shipping via UPS. We also provide USPS Priority services which can be less expensive for lighter weight packages. Drop shipping or “white label” options are also available.
Once an order is shipped, customers are sent tracking information by email (your Printkeg ID). Tracking numbers are also available through the PrintKEG client control panel.
For Ground Shipping, this color coded map provides approximate times of arrival according to where we are located (South Carolina). This map was taken directly from UPS and is not guaranteed, but is VERY close.
Damaged Packages – Generally, we replace all damaged packages, but please learn more about The PrintKEG Promise and our return policies.

You are informed every step of the way including shipping. When an order reaches the next important step of the process, an email notification is sent.
