What does full bleed mean?

Full bleed means the artwork will extend edge to edge of the paper. Your artwork should provide us with a 1/8″  trim area. The art “templates” page also provides templates for you to paste your artwork into.

Do I include crop marks?

There is no need to include crop marks on your artwork.

When do I upload my art file?

Uploading artwork takes place at the beginning of your order.

You can always email your art to art@printkeg.com or use a file sharing service. Please input your order number as the subject and provide your full name.

My art file is large so I cannot upload or email it – any suggestions?

Services that would allow you to send us 26MB+ files would be Google Drive and DropBox.com. Both services are free. We will be more than happy to download your files at no extra cost!

Do you print in RGB or CMYK?

We print in CMYK color mode. Our production facility can print RGB files, but for closer color accuracy, we highly recommend submitting CMYK files. We also recommend that designers beginning a new design start out using CMYK color mode rather than converting the file later in the process.
