The ship date is the day your order is initially scheduled to be shipped out and is determined by a product’s turnaround. Ship dates are estimated but can change due to a variety of reasons including requesting a digital proof.
Each product follows its own turnaround guidelines. Each time you “update price” you also receive an estimated “ship date.”
We provide a brief list of how a ship date can change to keep you better informed of when your package will be sent from our facility.
Production turnaround consists of the time your job is printing, cutting, folding, and quality assurance and does not include proofing, design time or shipping transit times.
Turnaround changes based on product type and quantity so please pay special attention to your estimated ship date.
Once you “Check out” and enter the cart for review, a rush turnaround option may be available. Availability and cost depends on the items in cart. Rush turnaround will decrease the ship date by one day.
PrintKEG offers Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day and Ground shipping. We also offer drop shipping options.
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number by email (your PrintKEG ID). Tracking numbers are also available through the PrintKEG client control panel.
For Ground Shipping, this color coded map provides approximate times of arrival according to where we are located (South Carolina). This map was taken directly from UPS and is not guaranteed, but is VERY close.
Damaged Packages – Generally, we replace all damaged packages, but please learn more about The PrintKEG Promise and our return policies.
