What is blind shipping and why offer it?

Retailers (you) that drop ship printing materials from wholesalers (us) may wish to to keep the wholesale source from becoming widely known. This can be achieved by “blind shipping” (shipping merchandise without a return address), or “private label shipping” (having merchandise shipped from the wholesaler with a return address customized to the retailer). In a nutshell, we remove all PrintKEG branding from packages if you select the drop shipping option.

We offer blind shipping to better serve resellers, designers, artists, print brokers and other print companies.  We never put invoices directly into a package since printable versions are available from the online control panel.

How do I blind ship?

View “Blind Shipping” options in our services section. This option must be selected and paid for in order to receive the blind shipping service.

Have your own UPS account?

We temporarily disabled the feature that allowed customers to utilize a 3rd party UPS account. We also felt the option was confusing for many customers. Additionally, some clients were providing the wrong UPS number and billing zip code causing annoying delays.

This feature may be added again soon. Since we recently decreased our shipping rates by an awesome 50%, the option became less necessary for those trying to save on shipping.
