1. Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday
2. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
3. New Years Eve and New Years Day.
4. Memorial Day
5. Labor Day
6. July 4th
We hope this does not cause our customers any serious inconvenience. Most of the above dates generally coincide with days USPS and UPS will not pick up shipments.
Once an order is put into production (art is fully set up) an email is sent that provides the exact shipping date. The ship date will not ever be on one of these holidays or on a weekend.
These holidays might change your original estimated ship date.
UPS also take these days off, so please remember any “estimated ship dates” on our website that reads one of the above dates is wrong. The ship date would move to the next available business day. If that will cause problems, please call us to upgrade shipping or add rush turnaround (fees are involved).
Once the art department has fully set up your file, the order is placed into production. At that time, you are emailed the exact date that the prints will be shipped.
We offer free holiday card designs!
