Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge for shipping. Customers are able to configure shipping during the checkout process.
What shipping options do you offer?
PrintKEG offers UPS Ground, UPS 3rd Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Additional USPS services are available in most regions. We also offer blind shipping services for $2 to $4.
Should I use my business name or my personal name?
When shipping to a business, you SHOULD list the company name in the “Full Name” field in the shipping information area of your order. UPS and USPS handles business and residential shipments differently so only listing a personal name for delivery at a business could cause unnecessary delays.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
A PO Box can be shipped to through USPS. However, despite USPS rates being less expensive, we always recommend UPS transit methods and UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you must absolutely use a PO Box, then it is certainly available by selecting USPS. Please note that USPS transit days are not guaranteed by the postal service.
Where does PrintKEG ship?
PrintKEG currently ships to locations within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
What shipping methods does PrintKEG offer?
PrintKEG utilizes the UPS Ground, UPS 3rd Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipping methods to ensure packages arrive on time. Learn more about the UPS shipping methods used by PrintKEG. For instance, if you choose “3 Day” on our cart page, we select the method which ensures that the delivery does not exceed 3 Days (not including turnaround time).
Additionally, some USPS shipping methods are available. Please note, USPS transit days are not guaranteed like UPS shipping methods. For instance, USPS’s “Priority Mail 2-Day” is not guaranteed like UPS’s “UPS 2-Day Express” which is somewhat misleading on USPS’s part.
How do I find my tracking number and track my shipment?
Track your prints as soon as you complete an order. You are informed every step of the way including shipping.
Once your job status changes to “Shipped” your UPS tracking number will be available in the client control panel.
You will also receive an email that includes your tracking and a direct link to your shipment via www.ups.com.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this moment PrintKEG only offers shipping within the United States and Canada.
Do you offer Saturday Delivery?
Yes. PrintKEG offers a Saturday option.
UPS – Please remember that Saturday delivery is only available with UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping methods. An additional UPS fee is applied to Saturday Delivery shipments (UPS’s fee). Please visit our services page to select Saturday shipping.
USPS – USPS does deliver on Saturdays by default. The only issue with USPS is their transit days are not guaranteed and often wrong.
Can I ship my order to multiple locations?
Each order has its own shipping method. If you need to split the order up more than what our website allows, please call customer support.
In most cases, we recommend creating separate orders. In case of bulk addresses, please contact us so our staff can make this process much easier and faster.
Can I upgrade my shipping method once I place my order?
Yes, please call us or post a note on your order to request the upgrade. Additional fees must be approved before the upgrade can be processed. Please also notify us soon as possible if you require a shipping upgrade as some orders do ship early and shipments cannot be upgraded in transit.
Can I change my shipping address once I place my order?
Yes, please contact us by email or phone. Additional UPS fees may need to be approved before the change can be processed. Please also notify us soon as possible if you require a shipping address change as some orders do ship early.
Will you ship my order if it finishes early?
At PrintKEG, we always do our best to complete orders in a timely fashion and will ship your order early if possible. For speedier turnaround, consider choosing smaller quantities or rush turnaround (if available).
Will I be notified when my order ships?
You will receive an automated email as soon as your Order Status changes to “Shipped” along with a tracking number.
